Unfortunately, Comcast accidentally disconnected our landline at the beginning of March, and we only recently became aware of the issue. The earliest they’re able to send a technician is next week, which we know is frustrating—especially since the problem wasn’t caused by us.
We truly appreciate your patience while we wait for them to correct their mistake. Thank you for bearing with us until our phone service is restored!
